Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional massage therapy services
- Create a luxury-level client experience
- Build strong client retention and rebooking
- Maintain treatment room standards
- Assist with retail recommendations and sales
- Greet and care for clients professionally
- Participate in hiring and interviewing new providers
- Help create schedules as the team grows
- Provide leadership and mentorship
- Assist with shift coverage during unexpected absences
- Lead by example with professionalism, appearance, and work ethic
Requirements
- Current Massage Therapy License
- Minimum 2 years professional experience
- Current driver's license
- Current malpractice insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Leadership experience preferred
